only high level of service, but also get a cash rebate.
Who
can
qualify for a rebate :
Practically anyone can qualify for
a rebate if they choose me to represent them in the transaction
whether the property is a condominium, house or an apartment building or
other type of Real Estate. Qualifying is free and easy. All you have to do is
search Realty55.com extensive MLS database, save your favorite listings, and
choose to be notified when new listings appear that match your search
criteria. Once you find what you are looking for, you can contact me to
request a personal showing of the property by contacting us through our
website or by telephone. If you choose to see the properties yourself, you
are required to notify the listing agent (s) that you are represented by me
in order for me to represent you and for you to qualify for a rebate. The
easiest way to accomplish this is to either sign the guest book or to
present or give the listing agent my business card, which you can print out
here.
When you are ready to make an offer on a home,
simply contact me by phone or e-mail and inform me about your decision and
we will go over the details. I will then prepare the official offer
documents and return them to you to review and sign. Once the official offer
documents are signed and initialed, I will submits the offer to the seller’s
agent on your behalf. As soon as I receive the reply from the seller's
agent, I will notify you whether the offer is accepted, countered, or
rejected. If the offer is countered, we will review the terms and
conditions presented by the other party and prepare a counter-offer. This
process will continue until a final offer is accepted by both parties.Once your offer has been accepted, the
transaction is forwarded to an escrow company.At closing, you will receive a credit towards your purchase. There is no maximum.
You never pay any commission to me.
Who
cannot qualify for a rebate :
I cannot
represent you in the purchase of a property, if you are obligated to
work with another broker on that purchase.
In order for me to receive a commission - and for you to receive a Rebate, you
should make it clear that I am representing you as your
agent by following these steps:

Print a my business card from the web site before
going to an appointment or open house.

Give the my business card to the listing agent and
inform them that my is your real estate agent.

Schedule appointments to see homes through me.

Make any offer for the home through me.
Also
there are some limitations:
Purchase price has to be $ 200,000 or more and a
minimum 2% percent commission has to be paid to the selling agent (me) in
order to get the rebate.
Rebate void where prohibited by law, and subject to terms and
conditions.
